Our drivers track flight through global flight tracking system. The driver contacts the passenger on the given cell number which was provided at the time of reservation. We request all customers to keep their cell phones turned on in order to establish the communication with the driver. DMV Shuttle Service driver will pick up from the decided Pick up Zone by the Second Curb side.

Luggage policy is based on the size of the vehicle. Customer will be liable to pay for Excess luggage.

We are dedicated to provide excellent service to our customers. We encourage our customers to communicate with us and update any changes. However, if a customer fails to communicate and does not show up, then DMV shuttle service will charge the full amount.

There is an additional $10 charge for pick-ups and drop-offs from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.

In case of a snowstorm in which State Emergency is declared, sub charges will be added maximum up to 35% to the regular fare.

Our drivers track flights through global flight tracking system and arrive to the airport accordingly. However, customer is responsible to inform us in case of flight cancellation. If passenger fails to inform us then DMV Shuttle Service is not liable to refund any charges.

Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the baggage of other passengers in our vehicles. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle. Kennel guidelines are as follows: Less than 25 pounds: Lap carrier permitted.More than 25 pounds.Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above do not affect service animals. Read more about accessible service. Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Sedan: 12 hours’ notice required; 100% penalty for late cancellations.
SUV: 12 hours’ notice required; 100% penalty for late cancellations.
Luxury Sedan: 24-hour notice is required; there is a 100% penalty for late
cancellations.
Executive Van: 24-hour notice is required; there is a 100% penalty for late
cancellations.
Minibus (28, 32 px): 1-week notice required; 100% penalty for late cancellations.
Coach: 2 weeks' notice required; 100% penalty for late cancellations.
International bookings: 48 hours' notice required.
Late cancellations will be charged the full fare.

Guests are able to cancel reservations within 24 hours without any penalty. Cancellations which take place with less than 12 hours until service was requested will be charged half of the service contract fee.

Our no-show policy entails a 100% charge of the fare for the following vehicle types:
• Sedan
• SUV
• Luxury Sedan
• Executive Van
• Minibus
• Coach

provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates are competitive and clearly

Additional fees may include:
• $5 airport fee for IAD and DCA pickups.
• Flat rate of $25 per additional stop.
• $20 for pickups between 11 PM and 5 AM.
• $25 for car seats (if provided by us).
• $20 for events, such as services to and from venues.
• $20 minimum charge for reservations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• $20 charged in 15-minute increments after the first 45 minutes of complimentary
wait time (airport only).
• $25 for immediate service (less than 2 hours).
Stops:
• Stop in Route: $25.00.
• Multiple Stops: Defaults to hourly rate.
Wait Time Grace Periods:
• 10 minutes for non-airport pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic flights.
• 45 minutes for international flights.
Holiday Surcharge:
• 25% surcharge on New Year 39 Days Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Miscellaneous Fees:
• Baby Seat Storage: $25.00.
• Airport fees: As incurred.
• Local, State, and International Taxes: As incurred.
• Third-Party Booking Fees: As incurred.
• Tolls: As incurred.
Snow Emergency Policy: In the case of a state-declared snowstorm emergency,
surcharges up to 35% of the regular fare may apply.
Fuel Surcharge: The fuel surcharge is reviewed monthly and adjusted based on the
National Average Price Per Gallon (Reformulated Fuel):
• $3.00: 3%
• $3.50: 4%
• $4.00: 5%
• $4.50: 6%
• $5.00: 7%
• $5.50: 8%
• $6.00: 9%
