What airports do you service?
BWI, IAD, DCA, JFK, PHL, EWR and all surrounding areas on the East Coast.
Do you service the Baltimore Cruise Terminal?
Yes, we service the Baltimore Cruise Terminal.
Can I make modifications to my reservation online?
NO, you cannot modify reservations online. For modifications of your reservation, please email us at reservations@dmvairportshuttle.com or call us at 443-904-1004.
Do you provide service to and from Amtrak train stations?
Yes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled with a 100% refund if cancelled with 24 or more hours’ notice. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellations for the reservation types below are as follows:
Mini Bus (28, 32 PAX): One week notice required.
Coach Bus: 2 weeks notice required.
Do you have late night charges?
There is a $10 fee for pickups between 10 PM and 6 AM.
What is your Wait Time Grace Policy?
- 10 minutes for non-airport pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic flights.
- 45 minutes for international flights.
Do you provide shuttle service for large groups?
Yes, we provide service for both large and small groups.
